Replace words across a whole document
Need to change a name, fix a repeated typo, or update a product code everywhere in a long text? This find and replace tool shows every match highlighted first, then replaces them all in one click. Add several find-and-replace pairs to make many changes at once.
Tick Whole words only so that replacing “cat” doesn't change “category”, and Match
capitals to replace only an exact spelling. Advanced users can switch on regular
expressions for pattern matching, with $1 to reuse matched groups.
