    Convert CSV to Excel online

Opening a CSV directly in Excel often goes wrong: everything lands in one column, long numbers turn into “1.23E+15”, leading zeros vanish from phone numbers and ZIP codes, and accented letters become gibberish. This CSV to Excel converter avoids all of that. It detects the separator (comma, semicolon, tab or pipe), keeps leading zeros and long IDs as text, turns ordinary numbers into real numbers you can sum, and sizes the columns to fit.

Add several CSV files to combine them into one workbook with a sheet for each file.

    Questions

Will my phone numbers keep their leading zero?

Yes. Numbers that start with 0, and very long numbers like card or account IDs, are kept exactly as text.

My CSV uses semicolons. Does that work?

Yes. The separator is detected automatically for each file.
