How to record your voice
- Click the red button. The first time, your browser asks to use the microphone; click Allow.
- Speak. The bars move with your voice. Use Pause to take a break without starting a new file.
- Click the button again (or Stop and save). Your recording appears below; play it to check.
- Choose MP3, WAV or M4A and click Download next to the recording.

Click the lock or camera icon in the address bar and allow the microphone for this site, then reload the page.
Should I keep noise reduction on?
For speech, yes. For music or instruments, turn it off: it can dull the sound.
Is there a time limit?
No set limit. An hour of recording is fine on most devices.
